MORE ABOUT TODD FERRIS

Todd and his family grew up in a western suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota, called Edina, where he was a three sport athlete (baseball, basketball and football).  He eventually found his way to Indiana through the University of Evansville where he graduated with a degree in Secondary Education and met the love of his life (and now his wife), Megan.  After the completion of his degree, Todd spent the next six years working as an Indianapolis Public Schools high school science teacher.  During those years, he spent his free time mentoring students while coaching basketball and baseball, as well as playing bass guitar and singing with the regional rock band, Five Apples.  In January of 2008, Todd made the transition from teaching to real estate, when he joined the F.C. Tucker Company.  Since that time, he has consistently ranked as one of the top producing agents in the greater Indianapolis area.  On March 13, 2009, Todd and Megan celebrated the birth of their daughters Logan Callie and Zoe Kathleen.  Also, joining the family are their two German Shepherds, Daunte (named after Daunte Culpepper) and Angel (wishful thinking at the time).  Outside of real estate, Todd enjoys playing as many sports as he can fit into a week, singing and dancing with his girls, hanging with fellow alumni of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, and finding time to cheer on his Minnesota Twins and Vikings!

 

MORE ABOUT KIM GORE

Kim grew up in West Lafayette, IN where she played softball and was a competitive gymnast. After graduating high school, she went on to attend Purdue University where she received her degree in health and fitness. During her years at Purdue, Kim coached gymnastics for her former high school team. Prior to graduating from Purdue she was an event operations intern for the Indiana Sports Corporation, where she continues to actively volunteer today. In the spring of 2007, Kim moved to Florida to follow the love of her life, Drew. That following September, Kim and Drew were married. While in Florida Kim continued to coach gymnastics full time for Tampa Gymanstics and Dance. Kim and Drew welcomed their son, Rylon, on Dec. 2, 2008. The Gore Family moved back to Indiana 10 months later when Drew accepted a job offer with Prudential Financial. Prior to starting a career in real estate, Kim was a stay at home mom.

 

MORE ABOUT JUSTIN CAPPS

Justin was raised in a southern suburb of Chicago, IL called Sauk Village. Justin was a three sport athlete (baseball, football and basketball) during his childhood, but focused on baseball when he started high school. After high school, Justin moved to Charleston, IL while attending Eastern Illinois University. During his years at Eastern, Justin was actively involved in EIU’s Blue Crew, McKinney’s Hall Council, and provided tours for prospective students and families. He graduated from Eastern with a Bachelors of Science in Geography. Justin married the love of his life, Amanda and the two moved to Indiana to Amanda’s hometown. They welcomed the birth of their son, Cole, on Jan. 26^th, 2010. Also, joining the family is their Siberian husky, Nike. Prior to real estate, Justin had several years of management experience in the food and retail industry. Justin changed career paths in January 2011 when he decided to join The Ferris Team with the F.C. Tucker Company. During his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing, or going on road trips. During the baseball and football seasons, Justin cheers on his White Sox and Bears!

 

MORE ABOUT RENAE HAMILTON

Renae is from Greensburg, Indiana where she raduated from Greensburg Community High School and captained the Pirateer Dance Team.  Following high school she attended Ball State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts.  While at Ball State, Renae was actively involved with the Delta Zeta sorority and was a member of the Cardette Dance Team.  In 2004, Renae was introduced into the property management industry. Her successes lead her to Florida where she entered into the world of real estate and sold luxurious new construction homes with a local builder. Although, the out of state adventures were rewarding, there is no place like home.  Today, Renae lives on Indy’s north side and enjoys spending time with family and friends. For fun, she visits local wineries, attends dance lessons and takes advantage of travel oportunities.
